FASTER: Speed Climbing Log Book allows speed climbers to log important metrics for each run including a section for DNF — Did Not Finish — either a False Start or a Fall, PR — Personal Record, and most importantly, run times. The front of the book contains pages to write in training phases, a six-month overview, competition calendar, and 50 two-page spreads featuring a to-scale diagram of the speed wall on the left-hand page and 20 entries for speed runs on the right-hand page for a total of 1,000 runs. The left-hand page of each spread with the speed wall diagram will allow athletes to make notes on specific holds and sketch out training focus areas.
Depending on training frequency, this log book would cover the following number of weeks:
- 12 weeks of 4x training days per week
- 16 weeks of 3x training days per week
- 25 weeks of 2x training days per week
